View or Edit Room Requests
To view your submissions, make changes or cancel a room request, follow the steps below.
Step-by-step guide
- Log into SPU Room Finder
- From the left-hand options, go to My Events to view your reservation requests and their statuses.
- Optionally, you can select Show My Bookings in the bottom middle of your screen for a quick overview of your reservations.
- Optionally, you can select Show My Bookings in the bottom middle of your screen for a quick overview of your reservations.
- Select the event that you'd like to change, by clicking on the name of the event
- Options to adjust your reservation will appear on the right-hand side of the screen under Reservation Tasks.
- Manage Attendees
- Add Services
- Cancel Reservation
- View Reservation Summary
- View Service Availability
- Send Invitation
- Add to My Calendar
- To edit the Event Name, Event Type, Group Details, or Additional Information, select Edit Reservation Details.
- To edit the Date, Start Time, End Time, or Location, select the Blue Pencil Icon to the left of your reservation under Bookings.
