View or Edit Room Requests

To view your submissions, make changes or cancel a room request, follow the steps below.

Step-by-step guide

  1. Log into SPU Room Finder
  2. From the left-hand options, go to My Events to view your reservation requests and their statuses. 
    1. Optionally, you can select Show My Bookings in the bottom middle of your screen for a quick overview of your reservations.
       
       
  3. Select the event that you'd like to change, by clicking on the name of the event
     
     
  4. Options to adjust your reservation will appear on the right-hand side of the screen under Reservation Tasks.


    • Manage Attendees
    • Add Services
    • Cancel Reservation
    • View Reservation Summary
    • View Service Availability
    • Send Invitation
    • Add to My Calendar
  5. To edit the Event Name, Event Type, Group Details, or Additional Information, select Edit Reservation Details.
     
  6. To edit the Date, Start Time, End Time, or Location, select the Blue Pencil Icon to the left of your reservation under Bookings.
