Overview

The CIS HelpDesk How to Doc's provides a place where you can:

• Find helpful documentation on common issues.
• Allow the customer to fix their own issues

• Install Secure Printer on Workstations

The portal is part of Jira Service Desk, launched in 2019. This allows us to improve our services to the SPU community through better request tracking, improved communications, and integration with the SPU Wiki.
