How to Create a Request

Overview


The SPU IT Support customer portal using Jira Service Desk allows you to submit requests to IT Support. Using the customer portal to create requests will allow IT Support to start working on your request as soon as possible.

Steps




  1. Visit spu.edu/cishelpdesk


  2. Once in the SPU IT Support customer portal, search for your issue or select a request type from the list





  3. Fill in the details of your request and click create
