How to Create a Request

Overview


The new CIS HelpDesk customer portal using Jira Service Desk allows you to submit requests to the CIS HelpDesk. Using the customer portal to create requests will allow the CIS HelpDesk to start working on your request as soon as possible.

Steps




  1. Visit spu.edu/cishelpdesk


  2. Once in the CIS HelpDesk customer portal, search for your issue or select a request type from the list





  3. Fill in the details of your request and click create
