How to interact with a Request


After you have found a request or created a request you can interact with the ticket in a few different ways.


Add a Comment

Comments and attachments can be added by using the comment/attachment box

Disable/Enable Notifications

Email notifications can be enabled or disabled on a per-ticket basis by clicking Don't notify me and Get notifications

Share your Request

Request participants can be added by clicking share and typing in the name(s) of the desired participant(s)

Close/Reopen Request

A request can be closed or reopened at any time by clicking Close or Reopen
