Common Problems

Authentication Failure - You may be using an incorrect SPU Username or password.  See the Login page for more information.

Software Requires a License Key - You may not have uninstalled your previous version of software.  Uninstall all versions of software and retry the installation.  SPSS for Mac requires you to enter the license key separately.

Download Did Not Complete - Slow connections or high network traffic conditions can result in a download time-out.  Try the software download again.
