Create a Room Request - Outlook

This is the Outlook Plug-in that will be installed on all SPU managed PCs that allows users to book meetings and events through Outlook while also submitting a request for space to hold the event.

If you need to update or cancel your meeting, you can update or cancel the Outlook appointment that you created.

If your space isn't approved, the Outlook Calendar appointment will still stay on your calendar. This is because the system assumes that you want to still meet, you just need to find a new location on campus.
