Banner is SPU's Enterprise Resource and Planning (ERP) system. It has two access points: one is Self-Service Banner and the other is Administrative Banner.

Canvas —
Canvas is a Learning Management System (LMS) from Instructure. It is SPU's primary software for academic purposes.

CourseLeaf —
CourseLeaf is a suite of software tools that allow faculty and staff to manage SPU's time schedule, course offerings, and curriculum offerings.

Destiny One —
Destiny One manages the registration for continuing education courses at SPU.

EMS - Campus Space Management —
EMS is the software used to manage campus meeting and event spaces.

Falcon Connect —
Falcon Connect is an online platform for connecting current students with alumni to foster networking and mentoring opportunities. It helps universities bring personalized, mentor-focused communities to students and alumni from enrollment to long after graduation. Falcon Connect runs on the PeopleGrove software platform.

Handshake — Handshake is a fast and powerful recruiting platform for sourcing SPU students and alumni. It replaced Joblink and can be accessed via your web browser.

InterviewExchange — InterviewExchange is a talent management system used by Human Resources (HR). In addition to applicant tracking, the tool also provides a portal for employee evaluations.

Jira —
Jira is a web-based task and project tracking product that includes a workflow management system and connected service desk module.

JumpForward — JumpForward is the system the Athletics Office uses to communicate with and manage current and potential Student-Athletes. It also serves as the primary compliance tool for the athletic department for all polices, procedures for NCAA compliance.

Microsoft Bookings —
An online booking tool that allows people to book appointments with individuals or offices at SPU.

Microsoft Forms —
A simple, lightweight app that allows users to easily create online surveys and polls. Users can view and export the responses to their forms.

Microsoft Teams —
This is a "teamwork tool" that can be used for connecting users across the University, across multiple devices, via designated channels.

NuPark — NuPark is a parking portal maintained by the Office of Safety & Security where SPU students, faculty, staff, and guests can register their vehicles and purchase permits for parking on campus.

Office 365 —
This subscription plan provides current students, faculty, and staff with access to the latest Office applications (Excel, Outlook, One Note, etc).

PaperCut —
PaperCut is the software used on campus to keep track of the amount billed to a department account or specific user on campus when sending jobs to the Multi-Function Printers (MFP's) on campus.

Penji —
Penji is a mobile app that connects students to tutors from the Center for Learning and the Research, Reading, and Writing Studio in the Library.

Percipio —
Percipio is an online training repository. It stores both compulsory as well as optional professional development trainings for faculty and staff at SPU. The online interface allows flexibility in time and location of the training. Results of any compulsory trainings are automatically sent to the appropriate supervisory person(s). Percipio was formerly known as Skillsoft or Skillport.

Raiser's Edge — Raiser's Edge is used by the Advancement and Alumni offices for tracking donors, alumni, and friends of the university.

SensusAccess — SensusAccess is a free, web-based accessibility tool that allows users to submit a file in a text-based format and get an output in a more accessible medium (Examples include audio, digital braille, and e-book).

Sitecore — The Sitecore CMS is an enterprise content management system (CMS) built by Sitecore Corporation, used for developing and managing large and complex web properties. The system stores content in a database rather than in files and enables quick and easy management and re-use of web content. Launched in 2009, Sitecore powers modernized SPU web sites, including the SPU Home Page. The CMS is managed by University Communications who are currently working on migrating the entirety of SPU's legacy web properties into the CMS.

Slate — Slate is the CRM (Constituent Relationship Management) computer system used by Admissions. It is the University's Admissions tool for everything including: documenting interactions with prospective students, registering them for visit events, and responding to emails.

SmartEvals (Student Feedback) —
SmartEvals is a web-based application used to gather student feedback on courses, instructors, and academic advisors at SPU.

Software Center — Software Center is the means by which campus software is made available to employees. It can be used for both installation and removal of software.

StarRez —
StarRez is the residential housing system used by Housing & Meal Plan Services, Residence Life, Student Life, Conference Services, and Camp Casey. It has functionality for Assignments, Room Conditions, Student Conduct, Title IX, Conferencing, and more.

Teams Live Events — Microsoft Teams live events are an extension of Microsoft Teams meetings that enable you to schedule and produce events that stream to large online audiences.

TMA iServiceDesk — TMA iServiceDesk is a web-based work request system used by Facility and Project Management Staff.

Tutor Matching Service —
Tutor Matching Service is a 3rd party service that can be used by students to find private tutoring. Costs vary depending on the tutor.

Wiki/Confluence —
This is SPU's wiki tool, making it easy for you and your team to share information with each other, SPU faculty and staff, and the world.

Wix is a social platform that allows students at SPU to interact with the diverse group of student clubs and organizations.
