Imagine Software has Expired

If Imagine software such as Visual Studio reports that is is no longer active, follow these instructions to retrieve the license key.

Imagine Product keys have a limited number of uses! Please refer to the Imagine FAQ for specific details

Imagine for Students

  1. Log in to your Imagine account
  2. Select the drop down menu by the account name and select my account
  3. Locate the software under the my apps section and refer to the Product Key that is listed
     

 

Imagine Premium

  1. Log in to your Imagine account
  2. Select the tab Your Account/Orders
  3. Scroll down to Order History and select the product that has expired
  4. The product key is listed under the item summary and be used to reactivate the software
    1. Imagine product keys can also be used to activate trial-version of software
