Overview

Falcon Connect is an online platform for connecting current students with alumni to foster networking and mentoring opportunities. It helps universities bring personalized, mentor-focused communities to students and alumni from enrollment to long after graduation. Falcon Connect runs on the PeopleGrove software platform.

Designed For

Falcon Connect is made to be used primarily by current students and alumni. 

Getting Started

Students, Alumni, Faculty, and Staff: Activate your account by going to the Falcon Connect portal and signing in with your SPU credentials. 

Falcon Connect does not use a dedicated mobile app but has a responsive design that functions well in mobile browsers. 

Technical Support and Training

PeopleGrove provides online support via the Question Mark icon in the upper-right corner of each Falcon Connect page, as well as through their central PeopleGrove Support Center. 

You can check the system status here, in case the service is temporarily down or impacted. Questions not covered in the above documentation can be submitted to the Center for Career and Calling.

Administration and Maintenance

Falcon Connect is a vendor-supported, web-based tool. Within SPU, the Center for Career and Calling and the Alumni Center have administrative account. CIS supports the integration between Banner and Falcon Connect.
