Select SPU employees with job functions that require calling international phone numbers can make international calls using Teams Calling. In order to use this functionality, each employee's account and phone number must be enabled for international calling by CIS. You and your supervisor can contact the CIS Help Desk at help@spu.edu to request the ability to make international calls. 

Dialing an International Number

To dial an international number:

1. In Microsoft Teams, click on Calls and open the Dial Pad.
2. In the dial pad, enter the country code + phone number of the international number that you want to call. Enter only numbers into the dial pad.
