Step-by-step guide

  1. Open Mac Mail.

  2. In the tool bar at the top of your screen, click Mail -> Preferences

  3. Under Accounts select the (+) button

  4. Type your Full Name, Full Email address and Password

  5. Click Continue

  6. Mail will automatically retrieve the proper settings.

 

If ever prompted to log in, use your full email address and password.
