Log into SPU Computer

If you do not have the ability to log into an SPU-managed computer, receive an error message, or need additional permissions for elevated tasks, follow the steps below.
Step-by-step guide
Send an e-mail to help@spu.edu and include the following information:
Name or TAG number of the computer
If on a laptop this is often on the underside.
On a desktop, the tag number will be somewhere on the computer tower itself.
Username(s) that will need to access
Room Location
Many permissions, including logging into an office computer, are managed automatically based on employment information in the Banner Info System. Some are managed by a delegate in a specific department. If you have already verified your employment information and contacted the specific delegate for permissions and continue to have difficulties accessing resources or logging into computers, contact the CIS Helpdesk.
