The CIS HelpDesk provides support to SPU students, faculty and staff for personal computers. Examples of services we provide include:
- Basic computer troubleshooting
- Cleaning off viruses
- Troubleshooting computer slowness
- Addressing issues accessing SPU resources
- Help Installing software
For issues beyond our scope of service, SPU offers a free PC Referral Service for current employees and students.
Examples include:
- Hardware failure
- Operating system installation/re-installation
- Data transfer
