The CIS HelpDesk provides support to SPU students, faculty and staff for personal computers. Examples of services we provide include:

  • Basic computer troubleshooting
  • Cleaning off viruses
  • Troubleshooting computer slowness
  • Addressing issues accessing SPU resources
  • Help Installing software

For issues beyond our scope of service, SPU offers a free PC Referral Service for current employees and students. 

Examples include:

  • Hardware failure
  • Operating system installation/re-installation
  • Data transfer
