Manual Uninstallation Steps
If the installation does not work properly the first time, you may have to completely uninstall Food Processor before you can reinstall it. To completely uninstall Food Processor, all prior versions must be manually removed including their folder directories (C:\ProgramData\Esha Research) and (C:\Program Files (x86)\Esha Research). Additionally, you must uninstall all versions of novaPDF, Crystal Reports, Database Utilities, and ESHA Administrative Tools from Programs and Features. You may also have to remove all versions of SQL Server. If any other installed programs use SQL Server, they will need to be reinstalled. If these steps are not followed, it is possible that Food Processor cannot be reinstalled until all of this has been done.
