ETM provides training and maintains a good practice/guidelines for online webinars when used for teaching purposes.  If you find that you or one of your attendees is having difficulties with Zoom, we recommend you use the below Zoom Support options. If you are unable to resolve the issue, contact the CIS HelpDesk (206.281.2982, help@spu.edu, Submit a Ticket).

In addition to the online support pages, SPU maintains a Pro plan subscription. Tickets should be reported to Zoom via the following two options:

  1. Online submission via the online support form.
  2. Chat live with Zoom support by visiting your account (spu.zoom.us) and selecting "Help" in the lower right hand corner.
