Find a MAC address iOS Devices

If you are having network connection issues, CIS may ask you for the MAC address of your device to help troubleshoot the issue.

  1. Open the Settings app. 
  2. Select General
  3. Select About 
  4. The device’s MAC address will be listed next to Wi-Fi Address

MAC addresses are unique identifiers for a network interface. They will be different for wireless or wired interfaces on any device, including gaming devices
