ZOOM Desktop App
Drawing/Annotating During Recording & Meeting:
When recording, you can draw, drag, select, point out, switch desktop views, etc. To find all of these options open your recording/meeting screen on the desktop app.
- Once you have opened the meeting or started recording, you will need to share your screen by clicking on the icon "Share Screen".
- Click on the "Annotate" icon/button on the panel. This will give you options as to what to do next.
Feel free to use the mouse, select tool, draw tool, and even the text tool on the screen you have shared.
Using ZOOM's Chat
- On the app, click on the "chat" icon/button on the left side of the bottom panel.
- Select the "New Chat" button on the app.
- Find the person who you will be chatting with. All messages can be found under chat.
ZOOM Mobile App
Drawing/Annotating
You can draw on and annotate images in the mobile Zoom app. Do this by clicking on the "pencil" icon at the bottom of the screen.

Zoom Breakout Rooms
Breakout Rooms allow you to split your Zoom meeting in up to separate sessions. The meeting host can choose to split the participants into separate sessions automatically or manually, and also can switch sessions at any time.
