Lost or Destroyed Paychecks
If you received a paper paycheck and it has been misplaced or destroyed, you may request to have your payment reissued. Please set up your direct deposit account, then contact payroll@spu.edu or complete the Reissue of Lost Check form and deliver it to the Payroll Office. Once we have received your information, Payroll will contact the SPU bank to verify that the original check has not cleared. A stop payment will be placed on the original check and a reissue as direct deposit will be processed for the next day. If you have not set up your direct deposit, a check will be reissued. Please allow two business days for this process.
