Setup Conference Call on Office Phone
The campus phones can be used to make conference calls between several other people, on- or off- campus.
Steps
- Dial the number of first recipient.
- After you are connected to that person, click CONF on the right-hand side of the phone. The first recipient will be put on hold.
- Dial the number of the second recipient.
- After you are connected to that person, click CONF again. The phone will now be connected to both recipients.
- To add additional recipients, dial CONF and repeat steps 3 and 4.
Once three lines are connected, any phone can add phone numbers and hang up without interrupting the rest of the conference call.
