Setup Conference Call on Office Phone

The campus phones can be used to make conference calls between several other people, on- or off- campus.

Steps

  1. Dial the number of first recipient.
  2. After you are connected to that person, click CONF on the right-hand side of the phone. The first recipient will be put on hold.
  3. Dial the number of the second recipient. 
  4. After you are connected to that person, click CONF again. The phone will now be connected to both recipients.
  5. To add additional recipients, dial CONF and repeat steps 3 and 4. 

Once three lines are connected, any phone can add phone numbers and hang up without interrupting the rest of the conference call.
