Make Payments in the CE Student Portal

I followed the link from my school district, but the system didn't recognize my credentials.
- Make sure you are entering your SPU username and password correctly, and you are selecting the correct login option. For assistance choosing the correct login option, refer to the Accessing the SPU Continuing Education Portal wiki. If you don't know your SPU username or forgot your password, please visit spu.edu/findmyid.
- If you are unable to select a different login option, try clearing your cache and cookies.
I was able to log in, but it says there's already a value type 'Home' and won't let me proceed with checkout.
- If our system already has a home address on file for you, it will be imported into the checkout sequence. As a result, if you enter anything into the address form fields, it will generate an error. Please make sure the form fields indicated by the error are clear and retry your submission.
- If you are unable to manually clear the form field, try clearing your cache and cookies.
I want to update my address/I updated my old address is still coming up in the payment screen in the CE Student Portal.
- To update your address with SPU:
- Navigate to spu.edu and click on Banner.
- Click Continue when prompted by the SPU Single Sign On notification
- Enter your SPU username and password.
- Select Personal Menu followed by Personal Information Menu.
- Click Update Address.
- Click the blue link labeled current next to the address you would like to update.
- Enter the new address and then click Submit.
- Banner synchronizes with the CPE Portal every night at 4:00 a.m.; please allow time for the updates made in banner to take affect.
