The Computer and Information Systems Helpdesk exists to serve the SPU community, specifically in relation to the technologies for academics and instruction, plus the business functions of the university. We offer help services accessible via phone, Internet, email, or in person. The Help Desk provides support to SPU faculty, staff, and students for technology resources like SPU Online services, email accounts, campus printing, connecting from home to the SPU resources, use of classroom technology, the campus network, and SPU owned computer equipment. Visit the CIS HelpDesk for our online, web-based content.
CIS staff maintain an online knowledge base to answer your most common questions, like how to setup your email, get connected to university wifi, etc. Use the search box above to find answers to your questions or browse the knowledge-base to learn more about CIS support services.
Having a problem? Submit a support request through Jira Service Desk, CIS's online support system.
In person support is available at the CIS HelpDesk in Lower Marston Hall (Campus Map). Walk-in and phone support are available during posted hours.
