Overview

ETM provides training and maintains a good practice/guidelines for online webinars when used for teaching purposes.  If you find that you or one of your attendees is having difficulties with Zoom, we recommend you contact CIS or use the below Zoom Support options below. If you are unable to resolve the issue, contact the CIS HelpDesk (206.281.2982, help@spu.edu, Submit a Ticket).

In addition to the online support pages, SPU maintains a Pro plan subscription. Tickets should be reported to Zoom via the following two options:

  1. Online submission via  https://support.zoom.us/hc/en-us/requests/new the online support form.
  2. Chat live with our support team
