• When to use it - any new project requests from UC clients - print, new webpages (large web requests), email, etc.

• Who can use it - any UC client or UC staff member

• Who manages - UC Operations Manager - processes request, determines with CS if UC will accept request, denies or approves, adds to JIRA if approved

Repeating projects:

• All repeating projects for 2024-25 are in Jira. However, we may determine we cannot repeat them through out the year.

• Every project is a new project. The CS should determine if this project is do-able.

  • right now, does this project support enrollment, fundraising, recruitment or retention?

  • Internal facing projects likely will not repeat - internal posters, emails for internal events, etc.

• When to use it - for UG or GR recruitment emails, SMS or events

• Who can use it - UG or GR clients, UC staff members

• Who manages - UC Operations Manager receives request and adds to Slate Mailing Calendar
