PEOPLE:

• Collaborating with deans, chairs, and academic support staff to maintain the academic operations of SPU

• Guiding and empowering students to reach their educational goals through access to tools and resources

PROCESS:

• Constantly evaluating and refining processes to ensure students are treated fairly and equitably

• Offering business process improvement and ease of access through technology (new features, upgrades, etc.)

• Providing timely and effective communication regarding academic processes and policies

• Training the campus community on the effective us of Banner and other student resources

DATA

• Consulting with decision makers about student data

• Creating accurate and usable student data for reporting and records

• Maintaining accurate academic records

• Producing and maintaining trustworthy sources of information
