CIS maintains hybrid learning classrooms, as to facilitate easier interactions between remote students and in-person participants. Below is the list of current Hyflex classrooms and their available technology, including instructions and our recommended use case.

Zoom Rooms

DLMH (McKenna) 118

This room offers:

  • An 85-inch TV, meant to display remote participants large enough for those in-person to see them well.

  • A Logitech Rally conference bar with a built-in camera, speakers, and microphones

  • A Logitech Tap touchscreen to control the system, including a Zoom Room License.

  • An additional boundary mic to better capture audio from the middle and back of the room

  • An additional PTZ camera mounted on the front table to capture the professor

  • Projector and speakers

  • Document camera, podium PC, and a laptop connection

CREM202

This room offers:

  • An 85-inch TV, meant to display remote participants large enough for those in-person to see them well.

  • A Logitech Rally conference bar with a built-in camera, speakers, and microphones

  • A Logitech Tap touchscreen to control the system, including a Zoom Room License.

  • Projector and speakers

  • Document camera, podium PC, and a laptop connection

This room offers:

  • A PTZ camera with auto-framing of the presenter

  • A lapel microphone for presenter audio capture

  • A laptop-input connection that both charges the device and uses auto-detection to turn the system on/off

  • Projector and speakers

  • No labels
