CIS provides basic maintenance support for SPU conference rooms and similar spaces with audio-visual technology. CIS also provides consulting and pricing services for new audio-visual installations for Conference Rooms or other non-General Use Classroom locations throughout campus.

CIS provides the following services for conference rooms:
- Basic Equipment troubleshooting.
- Limited Event and setup support (see out AV Event Support page for event and setup guidelines).

If CIS determines that there is faulty equipment in a conference room, a staff representative from CIS will work with the individual specific department on repair or replacement steps options, using an audio-visual vendor.

For repairs and new installations, contact the CIS Help Desk at help@spu.edu or extension 206-281-2982. A staff member will work with the department contact to look at the needs and uses of the conference room and provide one or more options that will fit the needs. The staff member will work with CIS-approved audio-visual members to provide quotes for the repair or new installation.
