To install Adobe Creative Cloud on a SPU-Owned Mac, first remove all Adobe Creative Suite products, then install the package.

Steps:

  1. Remove Creative Suite 6 installation: 

    1. To safely uninstall on Mac OS X, double-click the product installer in Applications/Utilities/Adobe Installers or double-click the Uninstall alias located in the Application folder.

    2. Select Remove Preferences, then Authenticate as an Administrator and follow the onscreen instructions.

  2. Install package from from the SPU Download Center.
    1. Double click the SPU CC_Install.pkg file and click continue.
    2. When prompted, enter your Mac's credentials (the credentials you use to log-in to your mac).
    3. Follow the on-screen guide to finish the install.
