Overview


Microsoft Forms Logo A simple, lightweight app that allows users to easily create online surveys and polls. Users can view and export the responses to their forms.

Forms is useful for many business purposes - including but not limited to: collecting feedback/survey data, planning activities, and polling groups.

Designed For


Forms is a tool for creating online forms, sharing them, and gathering data from responses. In Forms, individual users or teams can create up to 200 forms. A single form may have up to 100 questions, and receive up to 50,000 responses.

Getting Started


In a web browser, go to Office.com and log in with your SPU credentials. Search for Forms, and click the app. Creating and sharing forms is done completely on the web. Individuals responding to your forms can do so by computer or smartphone.

Data Security

What type of data will you be collecting? Check the Regulated Data Chart to ensure Microsoft Forms is appropriate. You'll find Forms under "Tools."
