Allowing Elevated Access

If a user or group of users require access to a Faculty or Staff computer that they currently are unable to log in to, simply perform the following:

  • Send an e-mail to help@spu.edu and make sure to include the following:
    • Name(s) of computer(s) that users will need access to 
    • Username(s) that will need to access the computer 
    • Relevant details (such as error messages)
