  • Principal Investigator/Faculty Mentor

  • Award Amount

  • Contract Term

  • Funding Source

  • Number of installments

  • Date(s) of installments (the final payment must be a substantive amount paid upon student participation completion

  • Expectations of Fellow - expectations must go beyond data collection and analysis

 

Once you have gathered the above information, use the Student Research Fellowship Agreement Request to submit this information to OSP to create a contract.
