If you are able to log into your account and would like to update the non-SPU (external) email address associated with your account, please follow the steps below.

If you are unable to log into your account, please contact the HelpDesk at 206-281-2982 so that we can verify your identity and add your non-SPU email to your account.

Follow these steps to modify your external email address:

  1. Log into Banner (spu.edu/banweb)

  2. Select Personal Menu -> Personal Information Menu.

  3. Click Update Email Address.

  4. Follow the instructions on the page to either add, change, or delete an external email address.
