Android Email Client Configuration

You will need to locate your accounts settings which isn't located in the same place on every phone. It may be located in Settings -> Personal -> Accounts

Step by step guide

1. Click "Add Account"
2. Select the "Exchange" set-up
3. Enter your full SPU email address and click "Manual Setup"
4. Enter in your SPU password (the same one you use to access SPU resources like Webmail) and click "Next"
5. Enter in the following information:
   
   
   • User Name: Your full SPU email address
   • Password: SPU password you use to access email
   • Server: outlook.office365.com
   • Port: (leave as default)
   • Enable Encryption: SSL
   • Domain Name: Leave field empty
     
     
6. Click "Next"
7. If prompted for "Remote security administration", click "Ok".
8. Read through the required setting changes and click "Activate this Device admin app"
