This solution doesn’t work within Incognito mode.

Open your Chrome browser.
Copy and paste this URL in the address bar: chrome://settings/cookies
Make sure the setting for “Block third-party cookie” is NOT enabled.
Add “https://spu.instructure.com/ ” to the category of sites that can always use cookies.

Need to use https://spu.instructure.com to login SPU Canvas.

After testing, Microsoft Edge won’t pop-up Welcome Tour.

After testing, there is no good way to make the "Welcome Tour" disappear in Firefox. The solution is not to clear cookies and site data.
