When using a new device, Outlook signatures is one item that is often never backed up. This article will walk you through the steps of exporting your Outlook signatures, then importing them as needed.

Backup Signatures

1.. Click File in the top left-hand corner, followed by Options in the bottom left-hand corner

2.. Click Mail, hold Ctrl on your keyboard and click Signatures…

3.. Backup ALL of the files that are in the window that opens in the previous step. Copy it to your OneDrive as it will be uploaded to the cloud and will be easily accessible in the future.

Import Bookmarks

1.. To import bookmarks, you will follow steps 1 and 2 above, then move the files from OneDrive into the Signatures folder
