Please follow this page for instructions on using the video and audio system for hybrid classes and recording content.

If you need assistance using this system, call the CIS HelpDesk at 206-281-2982 and we will dispatch a Technician right away.


  1. Plug in your laptop

    1. The laptop connection will charge your device, allow you to display content to the projector, and connect the microphone and camera to your device directly.

    2. The camera and projector should auto-detect your device and power on.

  2. Turn and put on the lapel microphone

    1. The input levels can be seen on the belt pack (or the receiver? we will need to confirm this) to confirm that it is picking up your voice.

THEN

  1. Open your video-conferencing software and start your meeting

    1. Check that the microphone and camera are the selected inputs.

  1. Launch Panopto for recording

    1. Follow the video here for recording instructions.
