Plug in your laptop
The laptop HDMI connection allows you to display content to the projector and turn on the system through auto-detection, and the black & red USB-C connection allows you to connect the microphone, speakers, camera, and doc cam to your device directly.
For speaker output, select Shure 300 as your output audio.
Turn and put on the lapel microphone
The input levels can be seen on the belt pack to confirm that it is picking up your voice.

THEN
Open your prefered video-conferencing software and start your meeting
Check that the Shure 300 is selected as your microphone and PTZ Averview camera are the selected inputsis selected as your camera.
Use the Averview remote to control the camera as needed. Please follow the diagram below:
