Allowing Elevated Access

If a user or group of users require access to a Faculty or Staff computer that they currently are unable to log in to, simply perform the following:If you do not have the ability to log into an SPU-managed computer, receive an error message, or need additional permissions for elevated tasks, follow the steps below.

Many permissions, including logging into an office computer, are managed automatically based on employment information in the Banner Info System. Some are managed by a delegate in a specific department. If you have already verified your employment information and contacted the specific delegate for permissions and continue to have difficulties accessing resources or logging into computers, contact the CIS Helpdesk.
