To request an update to your personal information:
- Log in to the Banner Student System
- You will need your SPU username and password to log in
- Enter your SPU username with @spu.edu at the end (USERNAME@spu.
...
- edu) and your password
If you do not know your SPU credentials, please go to www.spu.edu/findmyid/ and select ‘Recover Username’. An email will then be generated and sent to you with your username and a link to reset your password. If you don’t see the email in your inbox, please check your spam or junk folder.
NOTE: It can take 5take 5-10 minutes for your new password to become active, so you need to wait wait before trying to log on.
Log in to the Banner Student System
Enter your SPU username with @spu.edu at the end (USERNAME@spu.edu) and your password.
Once logged into Banner,
- To update Address, Email, or Phone:
- Click on the Personal Menu
- Click on the Personal Information Menu
- Click on the profile information you would like to update
- Update the information and click Submit
- To update Name or Birthday, click
- Click on the Personal Menu
- Click on the Personal Information Menu
- Click on the Change of Directory Information Form.
- Complete the form and upload the required documentation. Acceptable documents include:
- Court order document
- Driver’s license
- Marriage certificate or license
- Passport
- Social Security card
