Plug in your laptop
The laptop connection will charge your device, allow HDMI connection allows you to display content to the projector and turn on the system through auto-detection, and the black & red USB-C connection allows you to connect the microphone and camera , speakers, camera, and doc cam to your device directly. The camera and projector should auto-detect your device and power on
For speaker output, select Shure 300 as your output audio.
Turn and put on the lapel microphone
The input levels can be seen on the belt pack (or the receiver? we will need to confirm this) to confirm that it is picking up your voice.
Extra batteries can be found in the bin; otherwise, please call IT Support at (206) 281-2982.
THEN
Open your prefered video-conferencing software and start your meeting
Check that the Shure 300 is selected as your microphone and camera are the selected inputs. PTZ Averview is selected as your camera.
Use the Averview remote to control the camera as needed. Please follow the diagram below:
