Overview

Since Poll Everywhere will be discontinued by June 30, 2025, this instruction will guide you on how to migrate Poll Everywhere to MS Forms. If you want to use MS Forms within Teams or embed MS Forms in Canvas, please refer to this page: Microsoft (MS) Teams and Forms: Online Polling for Teaching

Migrating from Poll Everywhere to Microsoft Forms is a manual process, as there’s no migration tool to automatically move your polls and surveys. The best approach is to rebuild your activities in Microsoft Forms.

Microsoft Forms does have a Quick Import feature, which allows you import questions from a Word or PDF document, but you need to format your file in a certain way for it to work well. Even with this feature, some manual adjustments will likely be needed.
