In the simplified podium classrooms, the document camera is connected directly into the podium PC or laptop connection hub, instead of being its own input. This page will walk you through its software and how to use it in video conferencing applications as well.

You do not need to download the software if you would like to solely use it within conferencing software, like Zoom or Teams. Scroll to the Use as a Conference/Video Camera section below for more info. |
How to Download the Software (for laptop-only classrooms)
If operating on a Windows device, run Make Me Admin. If on Macintosh, simply move to step 2.
Please navigate to https://www.ipevo.com/software/visualizer#download
Click Free Download > Select your operating system’s download.
For Mac users, it may take you directly to the App Store. Go ahead and install directly from here if so.
Navigate to your Downloads folder in File Explorer for Windows, or Finder for Mac.
It may take a few minutes to download.
Right-click the .zip file to open > double-click on the installer file inside that folder to begin the install.
You can also right-click on the installer file and select Install from the list
Click Nextthrough the prompts and allow install.
Let it run and click Finish when prompted.
Use as a Docking Camera
Turn on the camera by sliding the power switch down until you see the green marking underneath. You will see a green light turn on above the Light button
Open the Visualizer software on the PC or your laptop
