Utilizing the web version of OneDrive will insure that you are able to access your files and folders on any computer with internet access.
Double-click the OneDrive - Web icon that is on the desktop. If there is no OneDrive - Web icon, please proceed to step 1a. Otherwise, proceed to step 2.

1a. Head to https://spu.edu/apps and click the Faculty & Staff tab

1b. Scroll down to the Information section of the webpage, and click OneDrive for Business

Log in using your SPU account

In the left-hand pane, click My files >> All your files and folders synced with OneDrive will show here

To open your file with the desktop application, click the three dots next to the file >> Hover over Open >> Click Open in app

If you’re prompted to open the application by the browser, select Open App. This can be bypassed by checking the Always allow option, and you will not be prompted the next time you do this
