Overview

This page is a resource for issues logging into Canvas, for adjunct and new professors, CE students, and volunteers of the university.

Adjunct and New Faculty

Adjuncts and faculty have access to Canvas as soon as a SPU Email address is given. And have access to courses when the department of that Adjunct/Faculty is added to the timeschedule. Set your account here.

Volunteers and Non-SPU Employees

Volunteers and Non-SPU Employees must have an SPU Email address to access Canvas. You should work with your camp's sponsor, who can work with HR to set it up with an email address.

CE Students

Go to the New Students page on the CIS HelpDesk website to setup your credentials. After obtaining your credentials, learn how to log into Canvas and review some online documentation to get started.  If you have trouble logging into Canvas, please visit the CIS HelpDesk Canvas page or call the CIS HelpDesk at (206) 281-2982. If you can log into Banner but not Canvas or Webmail, then it is likely that you do not yet have an SPU email address. Please contact Student Academic Services at sasinfo@spu.edu or (206) 281-2031.
