This section will cover starting the AV System, using the built-in Podium PC to project a video and/or a powerpoint presentation, and using a wireless microphone. For additional and more advanced how-to's, continue to other sections below.
- When the system is off, this page is presented on the touch panel. To turn the system on, tap on either start button depending on the physical configuration of the room. The next section of this article covers the differences between combined mode and split mode.
- When the start button is pressed, the projector(s) will automatically turn on and the screen(s) will automatically lower. By default, the PC input is selected for video and input audio. Wireless microphone #1 is automatically un-muted in the AV system.
- The Inputs Menu will appear. Options available for quick-access on the screen include (clockwise from bottom) the menu bar, available inputs, input volume (for the currently selected input), master volume (a combination of all inputs and microphones), projector screen up/down controls, and the projector mute toggle button.
- At this point, the system is turned on and basic events can commence with the PC input selected and 1 wireless microphone enabled.
