The CIS HelpDesk provides a free referral service to current SPU students, faculty and staff. CIS provides some initial troubleshooting and support for a variety of computer problems, but there are some issues that fall outside of the services the CIS HelpDesk can provide. For those services, we have chosen to refer our customers to outside help.

Student Contract Work Referral
- The services provided through Student Contract Work are performed by the individual and not CIS or SPU
- These are individuals who manage their own businessbusinesses. Based on the feedback from customers and the quality of their work, they are recommended by CIS.
