In addition to document accessibility, email communication is a crucial component of the university's day-to-day processes and these communications should be made accessible while incorporating the principles of Universal Design. Content needs to be responsive so it automatically re sizes based on the device/screen size that a person prefers, and incorporates some of the document accessibility functions to add structure so screen readers can read the emails too.
