    • The HelpDesk is open M-F 7:30am - 5:00pm. 
    • During the school year , extended support hours of MMonday - F Friday 5:00pm - 9:00pm, and Sat 9:00am - 1:00pm is are available.

  • Support is subject to technician availability. We will do everything in our power to provide a technician, provided that one is requested with ample time prior to an event.
