As an option, users may change their privacy settings to change the amount of information shared publicly and with the SPU community. To adjust these settings, follow the steps below.
Steps
- Log into the Banner Info System (www.spu.edu/banweb).
- Select Personal Menu -> Privacy Settings.
- On this page, you may choose which portions of your personal information are shared publicly in the White Pages (person directory) or within SPU Systems and to authenticated SPU Users only.
- This information includes: Permanent Addresses, Phone numbers, relationship to SPU, the ID card photo on file, and more.
- Click Submit.
