DreamSpark Imagine is a program set up by Microsoft to provide students with software design and development tools at no charge. Engineering or Computer Science students can get access to more software with DreamSpark Imagine Premium

Imagine for Students

Students wishing to download programs such as Visual Studio as well as variety of other Microsoft Products made available through DreamSparkImagine, must go www.dreamsparkImagine.com

1. Navigate to dreamsparkImagine.com/Student/.

   1. If you have an existing Microsoft account (apart from your SPU account) select Sign In to link it to DreamSparkImagine

   2. If you do not have an existing Microsoft account (apart from your SPU account) select Create Account 
      1. Click Continue on the box that appears
      2. From the Microsoft login page, select Sign up now
         
      3. Follow the on-screen instructions to create a Microsoft account in order to link it to DreamSparkImagine
2. After signing in or creating a Microsoft account, a DreamSpark Imagine verification page should appear
3. From the DreamSpark Imagine verification page, check that the account information is accurate and select continue to verify
4. Select I have a school email account, enter your SPU email and select Verify
   1. Open your SPU email and follow the instructions in the verification email
5. After verifying your school email account, navigate to the software catalog tab to download software
