If you do not have the ability to log into an SPU-managed Office Computer, receive an error message, or need additional permissions for elevated tasks, follow the steps below.

Steps

  1. Send an e-mail to help@spu.edu and include the following information:
    1. Name(s) of computer(s)
      1. This can be found on the red login screen at the bottom
      2. It can also be found in the start menu, it is the word in all caps in the right-hand column
    2. Username(s) that will need to access
    3. Room Location
